• Hugh G. Brooks Industries LLC will inspect your roof to determine what repairs need to be made to your system before it can be recoated
  

• Roofing granules, if any, will be removed and the coated surface cleaned.
  

• Elastocoat 3-5000 Silicone Coating will be spray applied to the surface. 
  

• If desired, optional roofing granules can also be applied at this time to give the silicone membrane additional abrasion resistance.

Recoating with Elastocoat 3-5000 Silicone Coating now, while your roof system is still in serviceable condition, is good preventive maintenance.
